1. General Information Glowlicious is a Lebanese jewelry brand specializing in personalized engraved jewelry and charms. These terms govern your use of the Glowlicious website and services. If you disagree with any of the terms, please do not use our site.

2. Products and Pricing All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions or availability may occur.

3. Orders and Personalization When you place an order on our website or via WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate information, including your engraving text. Please double-check spelling, names and dates before placing your order, as we engrave exactly what you submit. We may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm your order.

4. Pre-orders Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page. If the date changes, we will contact you.

5. Payment We accept cash on delivery or Whish Money. For cash on delivery, payment is collected when your order is delivered.

6. Shipping and Delivery We deliver across Lebanon. Delivery is free on orders above $50; a delivery fee applies to smaller orders and is shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times. Glowlicious is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

7. Exchanges and Refunds We offer exchanges within 24 hours of delivery on unworn items in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds, except when the issue is on our side. Personalized and engraved pieces can't be exchanged unless there's a mistake on our side. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8. Privacy We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the Glowlicious website, including product images, designs and logos, is the property of Glowlicious and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability Glowlicious is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

11. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.

12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lebanon.
